Sourcing the right Telecoms/IT solution and provider can be time consuming for businesses and this is where Sharpe-CS adds that extra value doing all the groundwork.

Working with a number of leading suppliers this gives Sharpe-CS the ability to source and deliver the correct solution for the customer, this may mean using a couple of suppliers to deliver the overall solution at a cost-effective price.

Sharpe-CS will then project manage the implementation and then provide account management of your contract for the duration of the term advising of any new technology that may streamline your business further and any additional cost savings that could be taken advantage of.

All enquiries and fault reporting are done via Sharpe-CS so you don’t have to spend your valuable time on the phone to suppliers.
